— included in the list of vessels (specified by Decree of the Government of the russian federation No. 435 of March 14, 2019) flying the flags of foreign states, which are permitted until December 30, 2043 (inclusive) to carry out maritime transportation of natural gas (including in liquefied form) and gas condensate extracted in the russian federation and loaded onto the specified vessels in the seaport of Sabetta to the first point of unloading or transshipment (including in the seaports of Murmansk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky);
— has a permit (No. P075-00172-77/03065079) to sail in the waters of the Northern Sea Route along the route: western/eastern border of the Northern Sea Route — port of Sabetta — eastern/western border of the Northern Sea Route;
— has a contract under the Yamal LNG project.
