The vessel has been implicated in grain theft schemes involving the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Ukraine.
Between January 29 and 30, 2025, the vessel was in Sevastopol Bay with its AIS turned off while loading wheat near berth 21 of the Avlita grain terminal. On January 30, 2025, the vessel departed from the port of Sevastopol and proceeded toward the Kerch Strait area, port of Kavkaz.
