Vessel information

The vessel has made port calls at terminals in the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine, including a documented visit to the port of Kamysh-Burun in April 2025.
The vessel routinely conducts dark activity (AIS disabled) in the area of the Kerch Strait, near russian ports in the Sea of Azov, and within ports located in the occupied peninsula.
SMART is affiliated with the russian company "Blue Wave Shipping" LLC (ООО "Судовая компания Голубая Волна", TIN 6140018312), whose fleet has been implicated in illicit grain-extraction schemes involving the removal of Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Notably, this includes vessels IMO 8957132, IMO 8932302, and IMO 8935407.
