The vessel routinely conducts dark activity (AIS disabled) in the area of the Kerch Strait and near temporarily occupied Ukrainian ports in the Sea of Azov. It has also made port calls at terminals in the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine.
The beneficial owner of the vessel is the Cypriot company Aston Management Holdings Limited (ΗΕ 393001). The company’s fleet procurement manager, Vladomir Korobovas, is a graduate of the Admiral F.F. Ushakov State Maritime Academy (formerly Novorossiysk State Maritime Academy).
Mr. Korobovas has been professionally active in russian shipping and oil logistics since 2003, including coordinating petroleum exports via the Tuapse Seaport and overseeing domestic fuel product sales in the russian market.
