The vessel has made port calls at terminals in the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine, including the port of Kamysh-Burun in May and June 2025. It routinely conducts dark activity (AIS disabled) in the area of the Kerch Strait and near occupied ports in Crimea.
The vessel is owned by the russian company "Petrotrans" LLC (ООО "Петротранс", TIN 7814754352), which specializes in the transportation of bulk, oversized, heavy, general, containerized, and hazardous cargo.
The ship is technically managed by "Petrotanker" LLC (ООО "Петротанкер", TIN 7840463656), a shipping company affiliated with "Petrotrans" LLC.
The vessel was built in 2020 for "Petrotrans" LLC. The construction was commissioned by the designated russian entity "GTLK" JSC (АО "ГТЛК", TIN 7720261827), the largest leasing company in russia for air, maritime, rail, and urban passenger transport.
