The tanker is involved in the export chain of russian fossil fuels, including through STS transmissions in Libyan waters with AIS disabled.
The owner and commercial manager of the tanker since December 2023 is Fineas Marine Inc, registered at an address commonly used for registration of companies owning/managing ships of the russian shadow fleet. The previous owner and manager of the tanker is the russian company Rusprimexport LLC (TIN 7708368806), the majority founder of which with a 99% share is Arodo Shipholding Corp (registration number 106330), registered in the Marshall Islands. The main type of activity of Rusprimeexport LLC is wholesale trade in solid, liquid, gaseous fuels and similar products.
