Vessel information
The tanker, during the period of the G7+ oil embargo and the price cap policy on russian crude oil and petroleum products, is involved in the export of russian oil from russian ports in the Pacific region to China.
Specifically, in May and twice in June 2023, the tanker exported more than 2.17 million barrels of ESPO crude oil from the port of Kozmino to China; the seller of the russian liquid cargo was PJSC "Rosneft Oil Company."
In April 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel as part of restrictions targeting the Russian shadow fleet.
