The vessel has been engaged in the bunkering of sanctioned tankers belonging to the russian shadow fleet, which are involved in the export of russian-origin oil and petroleum products – particularly from the russian port of Novorossiysk – including vessels IMO 9387255, IMO 9304629, IMO 9164512, and IMO 9209972.
In addition, the vessel IMO 8894536 has provided bunkering services to other sanctioned vessels, including those implicated in illicit grain-extraction schemes involving the removal of Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, such as vessels IMO 9720263 and IMO 9691785.
