Description:
2 compositions. The first composition, on the left, shows the interior of the exhibition hall. On the right, along the wall, there are showcases under glass. There are statuettes on the windows. Above, on the wall, there are military armor and paintings in several rows. To the left, behind the fence, is a round table with a figured leg. In the center is a full-length image of two women in long, wide dresses and jackets with fur muffs on their arms. In the background is a wall with paintings on it, and in the center is a door. There are groups of spectators near the showcases and walls with paintings.
The second composition, on the right - in the foreground - is a river covered with ice. In the center are pieces of ice. To the right, near the sled, are two male figures. To the right and left are sleds with horses. In the background, in the center, is a three-story building decorated with columns. General pollution, spots of iron bacteria on the field, insect excrement. Leaks and glue marks in the corners.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
