Description:
The sheet includes 5 compositions. The composition at the top center shows the interior of a church with bright foreground lighting and a darkened part of the room under arched vaults (in the background). In the foreground, near the fence, there are figures of parishioners, behind the fence - priests. To the right is the figure of a peasant woman sitting with her legs wide apart on the ground, behind her is a boy holding a woman's hand. The boy is on his knees. To the left is the figure of a hunched old man with a stick and a peasant woman with a staff standing against the wall. Under the arched vaults is a crowd of people. At the top right and left of the composition: images of a part of the monastery with a 5-domed cathedral among trees (right) and gentle slopes (left). The composition at the bottom right is a corner of a market. In the foreground is a group of peasants crouching on the ground. Behind them are women distributing bread (right) and peasants in front of them (center). To the left, diagonally (from left to right), is a table and the peasants sitting at it on both sides. Long buildings occupy the space. The composition is at the bottom left: Cathedral Square with a crowd of people on it. To the left, in front of the icon, figures of praying peasants kneel. General soiling of the sheet. Stains over the entire surface. Ink stains in the lower right corner. Spots of iron bacteria. Tears in the edges. Vertical bending of the sheet, insect excrement.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
