A Crimean and russian sports official and coach who exerts direct influence on internal and external processes in russian sports.
In particular, as president and head coach of the so-called Taekwondo Federation of the Republic of Crimea, he organizes and trains athletes in the temporarily occupied Crimea and facilitates their integration into the russian sports system, the inclusion of Crimean athletes in the russian national team, and the legitimization of the occupying power’s sports infrastructure.
