As part of his coaching activities, he trains athletes in the temporarily occupied Crimea and facilitates their integration into the russian sports system, the inclusion of Crimean athletes in the russian national team, and the legitimization of the occupying power’s sports infrastructure.
Through the participation of his trainees in international competitions under the russian flag and as members of the russian national team, he contributes to shaping the international perception of the temporarily occupied Crimea as part of the russian federation.
