Reasons
As the personal coach of russian greek-roman wrestler Emin Sefershaev, he is an active participant in international tournaments at the global and European levels, including the 2024 Seniors World Championships—Non-Olympic Weight Categories in Tirana (Albania), the 2024 BRICS Games in Kazan (russian federation), the first tournament of the 2025 World Wrestling Ranking Series—the Grand Prix Zagreb Open in Zagreb (Croatia), the 2025 European Wrestling Championships in Bratislava (Slovakia), and the 2025 annual Imre Polák and János Varga Memorial Wrestling Ranking Tournament in Budapest (Hungary).
As part of his coaching activities, he trains athletes in the temporarily occupied Crimea and facilitates their integration into the russian sports system, the inclusion of Crimean athletes in the russian national team, and the legitimization of the occupying regime’s sports infrastructure.
In 2024, he was awarded a certificate of honor by the so-called head of the Republic of Crimea "for high professionalism and a significant contribution to the development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Crimea".
