Reasons
As a coach of the russian navy national team and the team of the so-called "Black Sea Higher Naval School named after P.S. Nakhimov", he participated in the organization and support of athletes' performances at the annual international sailing regatta Admiral's Cup among students of higher naval educational institutions at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala (India) in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024 and in the international regatta "First Sea Cup" in 2024 in Dalian (China).
He holds the rank of captain 2nd class in the russian navy.
He systematically participates in propaganda activities in support of the russian occupation policy in the occupied Crimea. In particular, in June 2022, he took part in the sailing regatta of cruising yachts "Crimea Cup-2022", dedicated to the day of russia.
He is also a regular participant in the annual sailing trip "Sails of the Black Sea Memory", which, in particular, includes events on patriotic education of young people.
In 2023, he took part in the implementation of the presidential Grants Fund project "Symbols of the State - Through the Ages", which was initiated by the School of Future Commanders and aims to "unite the efforts of patriotic maritime and naval organizations operating on the Black Sea coast".
