At the end of February 2022, at one of the russian propaganda forums "AfterShok", he openly supported the so-called "special military operation" of the russian federation on the territory of Ukraine.
After his statement, Satybaldin was suspended by the organizer of the Nation Wars tournament from participating in the tournament because of his support for russian military aggression.
Instead, Satybaldin expressed his gratitude to russia and putin for supporting his country during the unrest in January 2022 and stated that "russia is doing everything right to ensure its security and the security of the population of southeastern Ukraine (LPR and DPR)".
