KUZNETSOV Igor Aleksandrovich

I. Kuznetsov is the General Director of an enterprise engaged in the development and production of warheads for russian cruise and ballistic missiles, strike UAVs, and guidance and control systems for precision-guided weapons.
Under the leadership of I. Kuznetsov, JSC "V. V. Bakhirev State Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering" manufactures and supplies components for various weapon systems, including:
- Primary warheads for 3M723 ballistic missiles of the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system;
- 9A-609K gyrostabilized inertial modules and KZI-UShK cryptographic information protection kits used in the autonomous navigation and control system of Kh-101 strategic cruise missiles;
- Primary and tandem warheads for Kh-101 strategic cruise missiles;
- 9-B-2347-01 and 9-B-2347-02 penetrating warheads, as well as 9-V-2347 cluster warheads for Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A guided air-launched missiles;
- BS-UMPB warheads for D-30SN Unified interspecies guided munitions (UMPBs);
- 9N184 warheads for 9M727 cruise missiles of the Iskander operational-tactical missile system;
- Warheads for "Izdeliye-30" cruise missiles.
These weapon systems are used by russia in its aggressive war against Ukraine, including for strikes against civilian targets, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries.
