Under the leadership of O. Stepin, JSC "Aleksin Experimental Mechanical Plant" fulfills state defense contracts for the production of aerial bombs and supplies bomb casings for FAB-500T and other types of aerial bombs that are used by russia in its aggressive war against Ukraine, including strikes against civilian targets that have resulted in civilian deaths and injuries.
These actions, as an integral part of russian federation`s aggressive war against Ukraine, also exhibit characteristics of violations of the laws and customs of war, having resulted in the mass killing of civilians and large-scale destruction. Furthermore, the individual did not exercise the right to refuse to carry out a manifestly unlawful order, which international law obliges individuals not to execute, thereby becoming an accomplice to the crime.
The most notable incidents include:
November 20, 2025, a strike using a high-explosive aerial bomb equipped with a Universal gliding and correction module against the city of Zaporizhzhia, resulting in the deaths of 5 people.
