Kizenko is the General Director of an enterprise engaged in the development and production of satellite navigation systems for Kh-101 and Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A missiles, 9M727 missiles of the Iskander operational-tactical missile system, the "Izdeliye-30" cruise missile, and D-30SN Unified interspecies guided munitions (UMPBs).
These weapons are widely used by russia in its aggressive war against Ukraine, including for strikes against densely populated cities, energy facilities, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries.
