Reasons
She is directly related to the fact of forced deportation of Ukrainian children from the TOT of Ukraine to the russian federation, with their subsequent adoption into russian families.
In September 2022, together with her assistant, Inna Varlamova, she personally arrived in the temporarily occupied Kherson region and illegally took two children from an orphanage in Kherson to the territory of the russian federation. Subsequently, on the territory of the russian federation, one of the two abducted children was illegally transferred for adoption to Varlamova Inna Gennadievna and her husband, a member of the State Duma of the russian federation, Mironov Sergey Mikhailovich. In addition, the child's surname and place of birth were changed.
In March 2024, the SSU notified Lantratova in absentia of suspicion of "forced individual deportation of protected persons from the occupied territory to the territory of the occupying power, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons", as well as "violation of the laws and customs of war".
In 2014, she participated as an observer in the pseudo-referendum in Crimea.
She was a member of the working group for monitoring the observance of human rights in Ukraine. In her reports presented in russia and Europe, she stated about "massive human rights violations by the Ukrainian authorities".
In 2022, the occupation authorities awarded her the Order of Merit for the Kherson Region, first class.
As part of her parliamentary activities, she voted for the occupation of parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine in 2022, and is currently responsible for ensuring payments to the so-called "participants of theS MO" and their families.
