As the deputy head of the department for ensuring the activities of the "Children in Hands" headquarters, she participated in the meeting of the working group with the leaders of the so-called "DPR" in August 2022, is responsible for the implementation of the "Children in Hands" campaign, within the framework of which, on the initiative of the Commissioner for Rights child under the president of the russian federation, so-called "headquarters" are opened in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in order to promote messages about the "peace-making and humane" goals of the so-called "evacuation" in these territories of Ukraine in order to cover up the mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
As an official in the office of the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the president of the russian federation, Nikishina implements and supports the policy of the russian federation regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation.
