Under the guise of charity and volunteer work, she supports and implements, using russian budget funds, putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia. This contributes to the "integration" of children from the occupied territories of Ukraine into a unified cultural and educational space and the civic-patriotic upbringing system of russia. Forcibly place Ukrainian children, including orphans, who have been brought to russia, into russian families.

In October 2022, as the chairman of the board of trustees of the National Center for Assistance to Missing and Injured Children, she utilized volunteers from this organization as a cover in an organized mechanism of mass abduction and illegal deportation of Ukrainian children, particularly orphans, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia (specifically to the Krasnodar Krai through the occupied Crimea).
