Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, treatment, and so-called 'evacuation' of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation points to spread information about the 'peacekeeping and humanitarian' goals of the russian federation, attempting to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a 'peacekeeping' country to cover up the mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children. Participates in the pseudo-humanitarian action 'To Children - Into Hands' by the Commissioner for Children's Rights to the president of the russian federation, within the framework of which the illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
