Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation by demonstrating the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to points of temporary accommodation, organization of "rehabilitation, recreation and training" on the territory of the russian federation or the TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peace-making and humanitarian" goals of the russian federation, trying to create a demonstrably positive image of russia as a "peace-making country" in order to cover up the mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Participates in the pseudo-humanitarian action of the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the president of the fussian federation "Children - in the hands", as part of which the illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
