Joint Stock Company Proton-Perm Motors is a Russian transport engineering company involved in the implementation of tasks under the Russian Federation's state military order. The company is a part of the United Rocket and Space Corporation and specialises in the production of components for D-30F6 aircraft engines (used on MiG-31 fighter interceptors), parts for V-92 diesel turbocharged engines (installed on T-90 and T-72 tanks), and units for the Moskit anti-ship missile. The company's products are used in the manufacture of weapons and military equipment used by units of the Russian Armed Forces in the hostilities against Ukraine. Thus, the company's activities pose real threats to the national interests, national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, violate human and civil rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state, lead to the occupation of territory, expropriation or restriction of property rights, property losses, and create obstacles to sustainable economic development and the full exercise of their rights and freedoms by Ukrainian citizens.
