The Youth Center is located in the settlement of Foros, in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. The Center supports and implements putin’s policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It participates in an organized mechanism involving the mass abduction, unlawful deportation, and forcible transfer of Ukrainian children within the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and to the russian federation under the guise of "health improvement, recreation, and education". It facilitates the "integration" of children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the unified cultural and educational environment and the system of civic and patriotic education of the russian federation by conducting activities aimed at the their re-education and militarization.
In July 2024, the Youth Center, together with the so-called Volunteer Support Resource Center of the "Republic of Crimea", held an off-site festival entitled "My Helping Hand for the Special Military Operation". During the event, children made more than 40 tactical bracelets with protective charms for participants in the so-called "special military operation".
