Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia by demonstratively presenting the distribution of humanitarian aid, the so-called "evacuation" of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to points of temporary accommodation, organizing "recreation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia or TOT of Ukraine with the aim of spreading information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of russia, trying to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
