The Ministry is the initiator of the implementation of the all-russian project "Cultural Map 4+85", within the framework of which children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are taken to the russian federation for excursions to famous russian cities with the aim of their integration into the russian socio-cultural space. As stated on the organization's website, the project "is an effective mechanism for socio-cultural rehabilitation and integration of the younger generation into a unified russian society". Since 2023, more than 10 thousand children from the TOT of Ukraine have been involved in the project.
From 2014 to 2026, the Ministry of Culture of the russian federation issued permits for archaeological work in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
