BUINOV Alexander Nikolayevich

As a public figure, he disseminates kremlin propaganda narratives, systematically supports russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, the annexation of Crimea, putin's policies, and the kremlin regime, distorts facts about the war against Ukraine, and glorifies the occupiers' war crimes.
In March 2022, he spoke at a rally-concert in honor of the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea, "Za rossiyu!" (For russia!).
In February 2023, he published a propaganda video clip for the song "Toast" on the YouTube channel "BuinovOfficial." The video uses documentary footage of combat operations involving russian army servicemen with the distinctive symbols of a "special military operation." The musical work itself contains elements glorifying the occupying forces of the aggressor country.
In public speeches and interviews, he has repeatedly declared his full support for the russian federation's military aggression against Ukraine and called on citizens to assist the military personnel of the aggressor country's army. In particular, in February 2023, together with other russian propagandists, he called for support for the "defenders of the fatherland" to help russian army servicemen, called for participation in the propaganda marathon "People's Front. Everything for Victory!" and spoke at an event in support of participants in the russian federation's armed aggression against Ukraine who were wounded in combat. In September 2024, he took part in a propaganda event at a gathering point for people who had signed contracts with the russian federation's ministry of defense.
He also publicly declared his intention to personally fight against Ukraine and attempt to volunteer for the front lines.
In 2018, he was a confidant of moscow mayoral candidate Sergei Sobyanin. In September 2020, he appeared in a video clip in support of Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko during the Belarusian mass protests against election fraud.
He has visited the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine on numerous occasions. In May 2017, he took part in a propaganda event marking the third anniversary of the illegal "referendum" in temporarily occupied Donetsk. In May 2018, he took part in the opening ceremony of the Crimean bridge. In August 2022, he took part in a festive concert dedicated to russian flag day in the temporarily occupied Kherson.
