KOLYASNIKOV Sergey Anatolyevich

A russian public figure, blogger, and propagandist specializing in anti-Western and anti-Ukrainian themes. He is a member of the bloggers’ council attached to the russian state duma and a participant in the pro-government project "Perspective" of the russian federation’s public chamber, created to "improve interaction between the public and government authorities".
He is the author of the Telegram channel "ZERGULIO", where he spreads russian propaganda, including disinformation about the Ukrainian army, glorifies russian military personnel, justifies their crimes, and calls for more aggressive attacks on Ukrainian territory. He appears as a speaker on russian propaganda platforms, including Lenta.ru, "Gazeta.Ru", "RIA Novosti", and others.
He openly supports the occupation of Crimea and russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
After the start of russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine, he published a video message titled "For the Hague" on his online platforms, in which he declared his full support for russia’s position and the "special operation" in Ukraine.
He also uses his Telegram channel to raise funds for the russian military and provides informational support for recruitment into russian military units.
He has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied Crimea and Horlivka in the Donetsk region following their occupation by russia, highlighting the "improvements" allegedly implemented during the occupation.
