LISITSYN Evgeny Vadimovich

An active russian propagandist, war correspondent, employee of occupation structures, and an important media intermediary closely linked to illegal armed formations and the russian authorities.
His activities include spreading propaganda via Telegram, VK, Rutube, Facebook, TikTok, and numerous thematic channels and groups, as well as legitimizing the occupation of Ukrainian territories, particularly Donbas. He promotes the image of the "heroic struggle" of russian servicemen and units of the so-called LPR, actively covering the battles near Avdiivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Popasna, and Kreminna. He knowingly disseminates false information about the course of hostilities, shapes propaganda narratives, and portrays the war crimes of the russian federation as "achievements".
He has also been active as a member of the permanent Commission on Media Relations of the Council under the President of the russian federation on Cossack Affairs, which brings together leaders of major russian state and private media outlets, including Gazprom-Media, RT, Channel One, VGTRK, REN-TV, LIFE, Rambler, Komsomolskaya Pravda, and others. Lisitsyn serves on the commission as editor-in-chief of the information agency "ZOV TV", underscoring his deep integration into the kremlin’s information policy system and his personal ties with senior propaganda leadership.
He organizes fundraising for militants and the russian army through public appeals on Telegram and manages logistics through the "Nasha Pravda" foundation, including the delivery of drones, thermal imagers, first-aid kits, and other supplies to the front.
In addition, he cooperates with the project "Narodny Front. Vse dlya Pobedy" ("People’s Front. Everything for Victory"), where he also raises funds for the russian military.
He takes an active role in mobilization campaigns among the population of occupied Ukrainian territories, calling on them to join combat units, in particular the illegal armed formation "Luhansk Cossack District SKVRiZ," headed by his father.
