Openly supports russia's war against Ukraine, spreading kremlin propaganda narratives, supports russia's annexation of Ukrainian Crimea, putin's policies and the kremlin regime. He systematically expresses support for the russian military groups, justifies russia's military aggression against Ukraine, covers russia's military actions on the territory of Ukraine in favor of the russian government, glorifies russian war criminals, and actively spreads disinformation and propaganda about russia's war against Ukraine in accordance with the kremlin's narratives.
He is a member of the рutin Team movement, which supports рutin in the presidential election.
He commented on the inauguration of the president of the russian federation on May 7, 2024, live on the federal TV channels "Channel One", "russia-1" and "NTV".
He provides information and material support to the russian military and cooperates with the project "People's Front. Everything for Victory" project, which systematically raises funds for the needs of the russian military and supplies cars, generators, thermal imagers, UAVs and other equipment to the front. In October 2024, he took part in the awarding ceremony for the participants of the "People's Front. Everything for Victory" campaign.
In December 2024, he took part in the leading russian New Year's TV show "Goluboy ogonyok" on the VGTRK channel, where, as an invited guest, he personally represented the military personnel of the russian armed forces who are participating or have participated in the war against Ukraine. During the concert, these servicemen were honored by the hosts and participants, given the opportunity to make "military-patriotic" speeches and send greetings to their "colleagues" from the front.
In 2014, he covered the annexation of Crimea and was awarded the Order of Friendship for "high professionalism and objectivity in covering the events in the Republic of Crimea."
Since 2019, he has been the artistic director of the Road to Yalta international music festival, which is held annually in the temporarily occupied Crimea on the eve of Victory day.
