As a public figure, he disseminates kremlin propaganda narratives, systematically supports russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, the annexation of Crimea, putin's policies, and the kremlin regime, distorts facts about the war against Ukraine, and glorifies the occupiers' war crimes.
He is a member of the putin Team movement, which supports putin. During the 2018 presidential election, he was putin's confidant. In 2020, he appeared in a campaign video calling for votes in favor of amendments to the russian constitution that would allow putin to be re-elected for two more terms, in 2024 and 2030.
Since the start of russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine, he has been actively involved in supporting the russian occupation forces.
