In 2016, she took part in the rally-concert "We are together" in honor of the anniversary of the annexation of the Ukrainian Crimea by russia. In 2017, she performed at the concert "Spring", dedicated to the "reunification of Crimea with the russian federation", in 2019 she took part in the concert dedicated to Victory Day in the city of Sevastopol.
In 2023, she performed a concert for the russian military at the Main Military Clinical Hospital of the National Guard of the russian federation, and also took part in the concert "Day of Knowledge with Stars in the kremlin", organized for families from the so-called "LPR" and "DPR", the TOT of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, as well as families of servicemen participating in the so-called "SMO".
Systematically supports the russian military and their families, holds concerts for them, collects and transfers humanitarian aid to the russian Armed Forces.
In 2023, Gurtskaya joined the Parliamentary Coordination Group on the so-called "SMO", created by putin with the aim of constantly monitoring the provision of mobilized citizens of the russian federation, their receipt of payments and support measures by them and their family members. The group's tasks also include participation in information and explanatory work on mobilization training and mobilization, analysis of the state of work on patriotic education of youth, and preparation of proposals on the production of products necessary to meet the needs of all types of troops and military formations.
Officially supported putin's candidacy in the presidential elections, and since 2018 has been on the list of his confidants, a member of the All-russian public movement "People's Front "For russia"" (under sanctions from the EU, Canada, Switzerland and Ukraine), which was created at putin's initiative to monitor the implementation of his decrees/instructions and conduct campaign activities in the election processes. She is also a member of the putin Team movement, which supports putin in the presidential elections.
She joined the initiative group to nominate putin as a candidate in the 2024 presidential elections.
In 2018, she was a confidant of the candidate for mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.
She has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied Crimea to participate in propaganda events in support of the war and for commercial purposes.
