PEVTSOV Dmitry Anatolyevich

As a public figure, he actively spreads kremlin propaganda narratives, systematically supports russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, the annexation of Crimea, putin's policies, and the kremlin regime.
He is the co-founder and chairman of the board of the non-profit organization "Archistrateg fund." The fund positions itself as an organization that defends "traditional spirituality and moral values of the russian federation." At the same time, he is actively involved in military-patriotic education in russia, supporting veterans of the aggressor country's army, organizing propaganda events in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and providing material and technical support to russian troops.
As a lecturer at the russian Institute of contemporary art, Pevtsov spreads pro-kremlin narratives among students of the educational institution, which contain "patriotic values." At the same time, with his active support, propaganda events are held at the institute in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and aid is collected for russian army units.
As a member of the artistic council of the film magazine VSLUH! (a project of the Arto film company), he participates in the creation of propaganda video productions. To this end, he personally appears in video projects and, as head of the department at the Institute of contemporary art, involves students in filming. The company's media materials contain disinformation and are aimed at discrediting Ukraine and the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a deputy of the russian state duma, in February 2022, he voted for the ratification of treaties on "friendship, cooperation, and mutual assistance" between russia and the so-called DPR and LPR, thereby contributing to their ‘legitimization’ and creating a "legal basis" for the start of a full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine.
In March 2022, he took part in a pro-government rally-concert in honor of the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea called "For a world without Nazism! For russia! For the president!" at the Luzhniki stadium in Moscow.
In 2016, he visited the temporarily occupied Crimea, where he took part in a joint concert with the KarTush band.
