A leading Belarusian research and production enterprise that serves as the primary organization in the Republic of Belarus in the field of the development, modernisation, and production of missile weapons. The enterprise was founded in 2009 and heads the "High-Precision Electromechanics" holding company. The enterprise carries out the full cycle of development and modernisation of combat systems and is the primary developer of the V-200 "Polonez" multiple launch rocket system and the V-300RK "Polonez-M" missile system. It manufactures and modernises various types of rocket projectiles (for systems such as "Grad" and "BelGrad"), as well as small aircraft bombs. The company operates a scientific and engineering center that manages satellite communications and channel leasing. The company has a large independent subsidiary, "Belintersat" - the national satellite communications and broadcasting system of the Republic of Belarus - as well as a related telecommunications project.
In May 2026, a subsidiary of the aforementioned enterprise — "BELINTERSAT" - entered into a strategic partnership agreement with "Bureau 1440" LLC, which provides for the integration of the "Rassvet" low-Earth orbit broadband data transmission satellite system into the telecommunications infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus.
