In total - 488 beds. In addition, the local government has developed a procedure for integrating children and youth from the occupied territories into the educational and cultural space of russia.

In 2023, there were several thousand refugees, including children, from the so-called "L/DPR" and TOT of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions in temporary accommodation centers in Kaluga, Borovsk, Zhukov, Maloyaroslavets, Lyudinovsky and Sukhinitsky districts. In the temporary accommodation center in Borovsk district, the camp “Polet”, refugees were visited daily by the district prosecutor.
She made working visits to schools in Borovsk district together with the head of the first department for investigation of particularly important cases of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the russian federation in the Kaluga region, and called for “protecting children from fakes about the situation in Ukraine.” As part of her professional and volunteer activities, she visited the so-called “LPR,” in particular the Luhansk boarding school.

As the so-called “Minister of Culture” and a representative of the occupation authorities of the Kherson region, he ensures the implementation of the policy of indoctrination and integration of children and youth from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the educational and cultural space of russia by supporting propaganda cultural events in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.
In particular, from 01.11.2022 to 01.12.2023, as part of the socio-economic development program, the so-called “Ministry of Culture of the Kherson Region” under the leadership of Oleksandr Kuzmenko organized and conducted cultural and educational programs in Moscow and St. Petersburg for 1,100 children of the Kherson region, and replenished the library fund of cultural institutions with more than 1.1 million copies at the expense of russian “chef regions,” the All-russian Book Union, russian parties and federal budget subsidies.
In August 2023, Kuzmenko said that libraries in the Kherson region were being replenished with textbooks and books in russian, museums with exhibits, and music schools in the Kherson region began to work according to new requirements. According to him, children have started attending these educational institutions more often because it is a great honor for them to play the works of russian classics.
In cooperation with the Minister of the Government of Moscow and the Head of the Department of Culture of Moscow, he promotes the provision of state-funded places for students from Kherson region in higher educational institutions of culture and arts in Moscow.

Under the guise of charity and volunteer activities, it supports and implements рutin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation with the budget funds of the russian federation, which contributes to the "integration" of children from the TOT of Ukraine into a single cultural and educational space and the system of civil and patriotic education of the russian federation, forced placement of Ukrainian children, including orphans, taken to the territory of the russian federation in russian families.
In October 2022, as the head of the board of trustees of the National Center for Assistance to Missing and Injured Children, she used the volunteers of the specified organization as a cover in the organized mechanism of mass kidnapping and illegal deportation of Ukrainian children, in particular orphans, from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation (to the Krasnodar Territory through TOT of Crimea).
