Supports and implements putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation, thus facilitating their ‘integration’ into a single cultural and educational space and the system of civil and patriotic education of the russian federation, and the forced placement of Ukrainian children, including orphans, in russian families. Participates in an organised mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
As part of the implementation of russian programmes of indoctrination and integration into the educational and cultural space of russia of children and youth from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the person responsible for the illegal transfer of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region of Ukraine to the territory of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic in July-August 2023 to participate in the ‘Educational camp for children and youth of compatriots from abroad and subjects of the russian federation’ in Nalchik, organised under the pretext of establishing friendly relations between children from different regions and countries.
