Facilitates the dissemination of information about the alleged "peacekeeping and humanitarian" objectives of the russian federation, seeking to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" in order to conceal the mass deportation and indoctrination of Ukrainians, including children.
In April 2026, together with officers of the regional directorate of rosgvardiya, he administered an oath to students of a "rosgvardiya-sponsored class" at a local boarding school upon their admission to the regional branch of the "Yunarmiya" in the city of Henichesk, in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Region.
In June 2026, together with the so-called "heroes of the special military operation", he presented members of the Yunarmiya with "Yunarmiya Valor" medals.
