POPOVA Ekaterina Viktorovna

Supports and implements putin’s policy of indoctrinating Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
She is one of the leaders of the Donetsk Region branch of the all-russian public-state movement of children and youth "Movement of the First" and is directly responsible for implementing measures undertaken by the occupation authorities to re-educate, indoctrinate, and militarize children in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Region.
In her position as director of educational affairs, she involves young people from the "Mariupol Multidisciplinary Technical School" in so-called "patriotic and educational" activities supporting the russian regime and the so-called "special military operation". She holds meetings with the so-called "heroes of the special military operation". In 2024, she participated in the "Teacher of the Year of the DPR" competition, where she emphasized the need for the patriotic education of young people in her video presentation.
Popova is also one of the lecturers of the all-russian "Youth and Children" program in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the stated purpose of which is "the formation and development of a generation of patriotically minded russian citizens".
