"Sila Donbassa" has two legal entities registered in temporarily occupied Donetsk: ANO "SC ‘Sila Donbassa’" and LLC "Sila Donbassa." Shvets serves as the general director of both entities.
In October 2024, during an interview on the russian state propaganda channel "russia 1", Shvets announced the establishment of several branches of "Sila Donbassa" and the involvement of a large number of young people in sports and patriotic programs.
In June 2025, as a deputy of the so-called "People’s Council" of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR), he took part in the propaganda sports event "Sportivnyy Donbass" and visited the preschool camp "Strumok" in temporarily occupied Donetsk. During the visit, he met with the children at the camp and gave them martial arts lessons.
In addition, "Sila Donbassa" provides volunteer assistance to the russian armed forces.
