Supports and implements Putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia. Thus, in September 2022, 57 Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied Donetsk region were taken to the city of Orel, where, with the participation of Domagatsky, the children were transferred to russian families.
