In May 2023, he participated in a meeting with the so-called ‘head of the Kherson regional branch’ Igor Telegin and the so-called ‘head of the regional headquarters of the "Unarmy"’ Serafim Ivanov on the basis of the so-called ‘Genichesk district branch of the "Fighting Brotherhood’. The event was held to deepen cooperation in the field of child re-education.
On 11 September 2022, he took part in a roundtable discussion on establishing links between youth non-profit organisations in Moscow and the so-called DPR and LPR.
The members of the ‘Combat Brotherhood’ organisation, headed by Kuzmenko, are involved in the war against Ukraine.
