As head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) coordinates the pseudo-volunteer initiative at the TOT, within the framework of the project ‘#myvmeste’, which is being implemented, among other things, in the area of socialisation of children with TOT. In pursuance of the russian presidential decree No. 247 dated 30.04.2022 ‘On Supporting Volunteer Activities in the Territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Lugansk People's Republic’, Rosmolodezh by its order No. 187/249 dated 27.05.2022 approved the procedure for the selection and training of volunteers (volunteers) for the occupied territories оf Donbass, including teacher-organisers and teachers ready to teach Russian language and history according to russian educational standards and textbooks in the ‘new territories of the republics’.
Rosmolodezh under the leadership of Ksenia Razuvaeva demonstrates its volunteer participation in providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian citizens in the TOT of Ukraine with a propaganda purpose - namely, to promote messages regarding russia's ‘peacekeeping and humane’ goals in the TOT of Ukraine, in order to legalise the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territories by russia.
