As the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), coordinates the pseudo-volunteer initiative in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as part of the '#wearetogether' project, which includes the direction of socializing children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In execution of the russian president's decree from April 30, 2022, No. 247 'On Supporting Volunteer Activities in the Territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic,' Rosmolodezh, by its order from May 27, 2022, No. 187/249, approved the procedure for selecting and training volunteers for the captured territories of Donbas, including educators and teachers willing to teach russian language and history according to russian educational standards and textbooks in the 'new territories of the republics.'
Under the leadership of Ksenia Razuvayeva, Rosmolodezh demonstrates its volunteer participation in providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine for propaganda purposes - namely, promoting messages about russia's 'peacekeeping and humanitarian' goals in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, to legitimize the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territories by the russian federation.
