Assists the russian authorities and participates in the organised mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
She chaired and made decisions at the meeting of the Commission on Minors and Protection of their Rights (minutes of the meeting № 6 dated 28.11.2022) on the appointment of a guardian for a minor in order to transfer personal files of Ukrainian children for their further ‘placement in family-based care’ in the russian federation.
