An accomplice in the crimes of the russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens, including young children. Before the full-scale invasion, the individual worked for 20 years at the Mariupol orphanage for children. At the end of 2022, she received a russian passport.
She assists the russian authorities in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and their subsequent adoption into russian families by ensuring the operation of the so-called 'state' database 'Children of Donbas' – a registry of children left without parental care created by the occupation authorities.
In March 2023, the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the president of the russian federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, announced that temporarily occupied Donetsk would be the first of the annexed regions to join the state federal database on children. The main function of this system is to store and process data on all children left without parental care, orphans, as well as to register russian families wishing to take children into their care.
