He is responsible for facilitating the deportation of 70 children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast (city of Dokuchayevsk) to the Vladimir Oblast of the russian federation (city of Vladimir). Additionally, in compliance with the decree of the so-called "Head of the Donetsk People's Republic" dated May 25, 2022, No. 84, he ensured the transportation of children from the city of Dokuchayevsk to the budget institution "Donetsk Social Center of the City Administration of Donetsk," from where the children were subsequently transported to the russian federation.
