As the Executive Director of the Association of Volunteer Centres together with the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), in accordance with the decree of the president of the russian Federation No. 247 of 30.04.2022 ‘On supporting volunteer activities in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Lugansk People's Republic’, implements the project ‘#myvmeste’, including in the direction of socialisation of children with TOT. In particular, the Association of Volunteer Centres is recruiting volunteers as part of the project ‘We are Together with Donbass’, highlighting the special need for teacher-organisers and teachers ready to teach russian language and history according to russian educational standards and textbooks in the ‘new territories of the republics’.
The Association of Volunteer Centres under the leadership of Kirill Antonov demonstrates its volunteer participation in providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian citizens in the TOT of Ukraine with the propaganda goal of promoting messages regarding russia's ‘peacekeeping and humane’ goals in the TOT of Ukraine, in order to legalise the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territories by russia.
