As the Chairman of the Board of the Interregional Public Movement of Victims of Military Conflicts, he participates in the implementation of the Presidential Grants Fund project from 01.02.2023 to 31.07.2024 under the slogan “Improving the quality of life of orphans of Donbas (the so-called ‘L/DNR’) and their foster families through the organization of social support and comprehensive support”. The project is aimed at abducting Ukrainian children in order to eradicate Ukrainian identity, change national self-identity and impose the ideology of the “russian world”, undergo a “process of changing the Motherland” and organize “patriotic” education of Ukrainian orphans - students of orphanages of the so-called “L/DPR” and members of foster families using the capabilities of the Don Cossacks.
