As a co-founder of the Gulf Stream Charitable Foundation, it participates in the demonstrative presentation of the distribution of humanitarian aid, treatment and the so-called ‘evacuation’ of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to temporary accommodation centres, with the aim of spreading information about the ‘peacekeeping and humanitarian’ purposes of the so-called ‘evacuation’, trying to create a demonstratively positive image of Russia as a ‘peacemaker country’. In addition, the Gulf Stream Charitable Foundation is introducing a Russian programme of legal and educational support for NGOs within the framework of the established ‘House of NGOs’ and in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
