As a result, children's rights in Bryansk region received an unsatisfactory response to the policy of imposing sanctions on the Ukrainian side of the RCCS, and specifically on the placement in Bezhetsky district, in numbers of children from the territory of Ukraine.
By March 2024 on the territory of Bryansk region, occupying 232 square kilometres, there were 3 temporary accommodation points, renamed ‘L/DNR’ and Ukraine.
In 2023, the person of the Migration Service of the Russian Federation resolves issues related to the transfer of children from Ukraine to the Russian Federation. By 2023, 91 districts of Ukraine will be included in the procedure for temporary deportation to the Russian Federation, of which 14 are unaccompanied children: Sovetsky district - 1 child, Vladimirsky district - 6 children, Bryansk district - 2 children, Pogarsky district - 1 child, Komaritsky district - 1 child, Klintsovsky district - 1 child, Pochepsky district - 1 child, Surazhsky district - 1 child.
